Admission Requirements
To qualify for admission to the International Real Estate Management (M.Sc.) master’s program at Fresenius University of Applied Sciences, you must meet the following requirements:
- You need a bachelor’s degree comprising at least 180 ECTS credits, at least 30 of which must be in business-related subjects.
- You must either be a native English speaker or provide evidence of English language proficiency at a B2 (CEFR) level, for example with a minimum TOEFL iBT score of 70 or an IELTS score of at least 6.0.
Alternative admission options: If you do not yet fulfill all requirements, you can take an admissions test or participate in preparatory courses to gain the necessary qualifications.
